[Notice Before Ordering]

Before ordering, please carefully confirm the desired color, size, and other information. Most products will have the delivery date confirmed after ordering, so there might be situations where the product is discontinued or requires a long wait time for shipment. If the order cannot be fulfilled due to supplier shortages or temporary unavailability, the order will not be processed, and no charges will be applied.

Please be aware that manufacturers may unilaterally change specifications or design features, leading to differences between the packaging or product appearance and the images on the product page. If a manufacturer's changes in product design or specifications result in the product not performing as expected at the time of ordering, please consult our customer service for further assistance.

During the shipping process, products go through multiple delivery stages, which may cause deformation or damage to the packaging, but the product itself remains intact and functional.

[Return Policy]

If you need to return a product, please apply in the return section and ensure the product's appearance and original packaging are intact. Upon receiving your return request, we will promptly arrange for a logistics provider to collect the item. Returns due to non-human defects must be applied for within seven days of receiving the product.

[Authenticity Guarantee]

For products under the authenticity guarantee, if any item is found to be a counterfeit and legally confirmed by the court, we will compensate the customer ten times the original purchase price.
